KEY AWARD
Beverly Denver, editor and publisher of Houston Woman Magazine, was a recipient of one of Inspire Women's Key Awards. The award, given to those considered key to the ministry of the organization, was presented November 5 at the organization's 10th Anniversary Luncheon, held at the Westin Galleria Hotel.
PAUL HARRIS FELLOWSHIP
A second Paul Harris Fellowship was presented recently to Beverly Denver by members of the Rotary Club of West U. Denver was the founder of the Rotary Club of West U and served as its charter president from 1995-97.
WOMEN ON THE MOVE
Texas Executive Women recognized 10 professional leaders at the 2010 Women on the Move Luncheon, held October 14 at the InterContinental Hotel in Houston. Among the honorees was Beverly Denver, editor and publisher of Houston Woman Magazine.
2009 PUBLISHERS AWARD
The U.S. Local Business Association selected Houston Woman Magazine for the 2008 Houston Award in the Magazine Publishers category. The award recognizes outstanding businesses that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
LEADERSHIP TEXAS
Among those selected for the Leadership Texas Class of 2009 was Beverly Denver, editor and publisher of Houston Woman Magazine. Denver is among 100 female business leaders selected from across the state.
2008 GIRAFFE AWARD
Beverly Denver, editor and publisher of Houston Woman Magazine, received the 2008 Giraffe Award for Community Service from the Unity Church of North Houston on February 14, 2008. The award, given to "someone willing to stick her neck out to help others," was presented by The Reverend Shay St. John.

GHWCC
Beverly Denver appointed to the Executive Committee of the newly formed Board of Directors of Greater Houston Area Women's Chamber of Commerce. She will serve a one-year term, which expires at the end of 2007.
