Legendary hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons will be at Rice University today to participate in a special appreciation discussion in honor of the Religion and Hip-Hop course co-taught by Rice Professor Anthony Pinn and rapper Bun B.

The talk, which is hosted by the Houston Enriches Rice Education (HERE) project, is open to Rice students, faculty and staff and will be held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in McMurtry Auditorium in Duncan Hall, 6100 Main Street. 

Simmons will discuss his book, Super Rich: A Guide to Having It All. There will also be a discussion of yoga meditation.
