Academy Award, Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award winner Robert Duvall will be in Houston tonight for an incredible cause — to help raise funds for Texas Children’s Cancer Center, the #1 pediatric cancer center in Texas.

As an “Evening with a Legend” honoree, Duvall will take the stage at the Hilton Americas Hotel and participate in a live interview conducted by Bob Schieffer, CBS News’ Chief Washington correspondent, moderator of Face the Nation with Bob Schieffer and former anchor of the CBS Evening News.

Event chairs are Lester and Sue Smith, who will generously match every dollar raised at the event through The Lester and Sue Smith Foundation.

Guests will hear personal stories from Robert Duvall and relive the epic story of two former Texas rangers and their adventures driving a cattle herd from Texasto, Montana. Duvall has stated in several forums that his role as Augustus "Gus" McCrae in Lonesome Dove, was his personal favorite.
