Elaine Turner, Houston-based handbag and shoe designer, opened the pink doors of her second retail boutique today. The new place is located at 800 Town & Country Blvd. at CITYCENTRE. The buzz about this second location marries the indoor/outdoor neighborhood culture of CITYCENTRE and Turner’s signature Palm Beach aesthetic with a retro twist.

The 1,500 square-foot space houses Turner’s compilation of handbag and shoe designs, starting with the Spring 2011 collection — inspired by Marilyn Monroe and the West Coast. Customers will receive the first look at the anticipated boutique and be treated to cupcakes and champagne throughout the week.
