Shepherd receives scholarship

Cyndi Justice, member of the Tomball Charter Chapter of ABWA has presented a $1500 scholarship to Angela Shepherd, a student of Lone Star College. Shepherd, who will be pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at McNeese Sate University in Louisiana, is an accomplished student who returned to school after a 30-year absence.
