It's been 18 months since Hurricane Ike blew across Houston and Harris County and left many of our citizens and businesses without power and water.

Here at Houston Woman Magazine we continually hear from woman who own their own businesses and are still feeling the effects of Hurricane Ike.

Many have said, "Revenue stopped coming in immediately."

And, then, they followed up by saying, "Our business has never been the same."
