Wii Bowling Tourney

The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America- Houston Gulf Coast/South Texas Chapter will be hosting its first annual CCFA Wii Bowling Tournament, on August 29 at Lucky’s Pub located in downtown Houston. Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by the official games starting at 11 a.m.

There will be two divisions in this year’s tournament: Adults (18 and older) and Youth (17 and under). Players will be guaranteed two games at entry fees starting as low as $10. The winner from each division will play in the final game and compete for the grand prize. Thanks to the support of Best Buy, a Wii console and additional remotes will be given away for the grand prize.

The ultimate goal is to raise funds for life-saving Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis research while creating a fun, welcoming environment for all ages. Since its establishment over 40 years ago, CCFA has been the leader in the fight against Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. These painful and often debilitating conditions affect more than 1.4 million people, including some 160,000 children.
